To quickly restore your files, follow these steps:
1.Load macro with command Load macro in menu file. At start of Restore program, the default macro with network name of your PC is loaded automatically. Macro contains the name of backup server, and the tape- and disk devices. If the macro is no more available, go to step 2.
2.Load Log from server with command Load Log from menu Action, or with toolbar key . If the macro is not loaded, you have to use the menu command, and specify in dialog Load log the servername, username on server, logname and log directory. The log is the sign post for restore program. If the log is lost, best restore following these steps.
3.Activate command View file list / Select files... in menu Action or click on toolbar key . In following dialog named Directories / Files, activate button Complete file list from backup(s). This will load the List of backed up files. Select the files and directories to be restored. You can also specify a new target directory on PC.
4.Finally, command Restore selected files and directories in menu Action or toolbar key will restore the files and directories to your PC.
