SID Changer

This special function changes local or remote Computer SID to new random value. It checks the registry and files for the occurances of current SID and modifies to new SID. This can be useful to avoid 2 computers with same SID, in case they both are restored from backup or image.

This function risks data loss, especially of encrypted files and stored certificates. There is also significant risk that your computer will no more boot after changing SID.

Do not interrupt while SID change is running.
